Proforma Waterlilies Earns “Woman-Owned Business” Certification 

Sarasota, FL (October 1, 2013) – Proforma Waterlilies, a local provider of print and promotional products, is excited to announce it is now officially recognized as a certified woman-owned business by the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC). This certification gives buyers confidence they are working with a woman-owned company when working with Proforma Waterlilies.

More than 700 public and private sector individuals participated in establishing the Standards and Procedures of this rigid certification review. The goal of the certification process is to increase the ability of women business owners to compete for contracts at a national level. The NWBOC seeks to provide more corporations with the opportunity to better their procurement practices and give women suppliers the opportunity to compete.
